We count back from your date: 3 to 5 weeks of production, 2 days for your approval, about 7 working days for the sample and 1 day for the quote.

Hundreds of sizes, one September deadline.
Packed per student, crest embroidered not printed, and extra pieces from 1 unit when children outgrow them.
Children are hard on clothes. Our school shirts use a poly-cotton blend that survives daily washing without fading or pilling, with reinforced seams at the shoulders and knees on trousers.
PE kits use a moisture-wicking polyester knit, and sweatshirts a brushed fleece that keeps shape after a full school year. Crests are embroidered, never printed, so they last as long as the garment.
School uniforms are worn by children for eight hours a day and washed several times a week, so durability and comfort decide whether parents complain by November. We reinforce knees and seat seams on trousers, use breathable blends for Egyptian heat, and embroider crests so they cannot peel or crack.
Buttons are sewn with a lock stitch and checked by pull test at inspection, and trims are chosen without sharp edges. [NEEDS: fabric safety certification, if held, such as OEKO-TEX]
Schools can buy centrally and distribute, or let us run ordering by grade and size. Parents choose sizes against our chart, we produce against a consolidated list, and every student's uniform arrives in a bag labelled with their name and class.
Because sizes and designs stay on file, replacements during the year start from one piece, and next year's intake can be ordered from the same records in minutes rather than weeks.
Work backwards from the first day of term. Approve designs and samples in April or May, confirm quantities by early June, and bulk production runs through the summer with packing per student in August. Late enrolments are handled as extra pieces from one unit. If parents order directly, we open the ordering form in spring so sizes are known before production, not guessed.
