Q01What is the minimum order quantity for custom uniforms?
The minimum is 50 pieces per design. Sizes count toward the same 50, and for most garments you can split them across two colours. After your first order, extra pieces for new staff start from one piece at list price for twelve months, so you never repeat a full minimum.
Q02How long does it take to receive uniforms?
About 7 working days for a pre-production sample, then 3 to 5 weeks of bulk production after you approve the sample and pay the deposit. The exact delivery date is written into your order confirmation, and if we miss it we refund 10% of the order value.
Q03Do I have to pay before I see a sample?
No. The pre-production sample of your design is free, sewn in your fabric, colour and logo. You pay a 50% deposit only after you approve it, and the remaining 50% before delivery. Every order comes with an official tax invoice for your finance team.
Q04How do reorders and new staff work?
Your approved pattern, fabric code, thread colours, logo file and every employee's size stay on your account. A reorder needs only names, sizes and quantities, and pieces for new joiners start from one piece at list price for twelve months after your first order.
Q05Do you deliver outside Egypt?
Yes. We deliver across Egypt and export to Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the rest of the GCC, with export documents prepared. Orders can be packed per employee and per branch, so each location receives its uniforms sorted and labelled, ready to hand out.
Q06Can you design a uniform from scratch?
Yes. Share your brand guidelines, the roles you need to dress and how staff work, and we propose garments, fabrics and logo placement. You then approve a physical pre-production sample before anything is made in bulk, so the design is checked on a real person, not only on screen.
Q07What sizes do you make?
Adult garments run from XS to 4XL, with women's cuts for polos, shirts, trousers and scrubs. School uniforms run from age 4 to adult XL. Our size guide includes charts and a free size sheet template so branch managers can collect sizes without HR chasing individuals.
Q08What if a garment is defective or the wrong size?
Defective pieces are replaced free within 30 days of delivery. Unworn pieces in the wrong size are exchanged free within 14 days. Because every person's size is recorded on your size sheet, exchanges are usually limited to a handful of pieces in a large order.
Q09Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes. Every order gets an official tax invoice with VAT shown separately, suitable for procurement and finance teams.
