Hospital laundries wash at high temperatures with strong detergents. Our scrub fabric is a stretch poly-cotton poplin chosen to hold colour and shape through repeated hot washes, with a soft hand for long shifts.
Lab coats use a tightly woven poly-cotton twill with a smooth surface that resists staining. Colour-coding by department is available within one order, so wards and roles are recognisable at a glance.
Healthcare uniforms are part of infection control, not only presentation. They must survive the laundry temperature your facility uses without fading, shrinking or losing shape, because a scrub that shrinks after twenty washes gets replaced by staff with whatever they own.

How hospitals order with us
Most hospitals start with one department as a pilot. Send the colours you want per department, your logo and a staff list with names and titles. You receive a per-piece quote within 24 working hours and a free sample set in about seven working days, sewn in the colour and fabric you chose, so your infection control and nursing leads can check fit and laundry suitability before approving. After a 50% deposit, bulk production takes three to five weeks. Every set arrives packed with the staff member's name, sorted by department, and your sizes stay on file so the next department or the next intake orders from the same records.
