What usually goes wrong, and how we prevent it.
Five departments, one brand book.
Kitchen, service, housekeeping and front office matched to your guidelines on a physical sample per department.
Hotels need five uniforms in one: kitchen, F&B service, housekeeping, front office and maintenance. Each role has a different job to do, and the fabric should match it.
Chef jackets use a cotton-rich twill with optional mesh ventilation for hot kitchens. Housekeeping sets use a durable poly-cotton that handles bending and lifting, and front office suits a finer poly-viscose that matches your brand book.
A hotel dresses people who work in very different conditions: cooks at the pass, stewards in the dish area, housekeepers bending all day, and front office staff who represent the brand to every guest. One fabric cannot serve all of them.
We specify fabric per department: cotton-rich twill with an optional mesh back for kitchens, a durable poly-cotton for housekeeping, and a finer poly-viscose for front office. Each department approves its own physical sample before bulk production, so the brand team signs off on colour under real light, not on a screen.
Pre-opening and seasonal staffing
For a new property, order eight to ten weeks before opening to cover design, departmental samples and production. We deliver packed per department and per person, so the uniform room can issue kits on the first training day.
Seasonal hires in resort locations can be uniformed from one piece at a time for twelve months after your first order, matching the original batch because every design is kept on file.
How hotels and restaurants order
Share your brand guidelines and a list of departments with headcounts. We propose garments and fabrics per department and quote per piece within 24 working hours. Each department receives its own free sample in about seven working days, so the executive chef, housekeeping manager and front office manager each approve what their team will wear. Bulk production takes three to five weeks after approval and deposit, delivered packed per department.

Buying guide: what to decide before you order
Planning pre-opening orders
For a new property, order 8 to 10 weeks before opening. That covers design, samples for each department and bulk production.
Seasonal staff
Top-ups from 1 piece mean you can uniform seasonal hires in May without a new minimum order.
Matching the brand book
Send brand guidelines and we match fabric colour, trims and logo placement, then confirm on a physical sample per department.
Proof from a real order
One real order from this sector: people, pieces, days from approval to delivery.
