Colour drift between batches.
Your fabric code and thread colours are locked to your account, so next year's reorder matches this year's.
Office and retail teams need uniforms that look sharp at 9am and still look sharp at 6pm. For polos we use a cotton-rich piqué that breathes in Egyptian summers and holds colour through weekly washing.
Shirts and trousers use a poly-cotton blend that resists creasing, so staff do not need to iron daily. For client-facing roles we offer a premium fabric tier with a finer weave and better drape.
The real test of a corporate uniform is not the launch day but the reorder eighteen months later, when a new branch opens and its polos must match the ones already on the floor. We record the fabric code, dye lot reference, thread colours, logo file and placement for every design on your account.
Reorders are cut from the same pattern and checked against your approved sample, so a customer walking between two branches sees one brand, not two slightly different navies.
Most companies choose a chest embroidery for polos and shirts, because it outlasts print and reads as quality at close range. Screen print suits large back prints for field and event teams. Heat transfer adds names or employee numbers per piece.
Different roles can have different garments under one brand: polos for front-line staff, shirts and blazers for supervisors and office roles. Each design has its own minimum of 50 pieces, and all of them can ship together in one order with one delivery date.

You receive a per-piece quote and a logo mock-up within 24 working hours, then a free sample of each design in about seven working days. After approval and a 50% deposit, bulk production takes three to five weeks, with the delivery date written into your order confirmation. Collect sizes with our size sheet, one per branch, and we pack every uniform with the employee's name and branch on the bag.
