Delivery guarantee: on time, or 10% back
The delivery date is part of your contract. If we miss it, we refund 10% of the order value. These are the terms.

What is guaranteed
Delivery of the full order to the agreed address on or before the delivery date in your signed order confirmation.
When the clock starts
The delivery date is set when you approve the pre-production sample and the deposit is received, whichever is later.
What you receive if we are late
A refund of 10% of the order value, excluding VAT and delivery charges, paid within 30 days by bank transfer or as credit against a future order, your choice.
Partial deliveries
If at least 95% of pieces arrive on time and the balance follows within 5 working days, the guarantee applies only to the late pieces.
What pauses the clock
Changes to design, sizes or quantities after sample approval, late logo files or size sheets, delays in payments, and events outside our reasonable control such as customs holds or force majeure. We confirm any revised date in writing.
