Polo shirt costs EGP 220 a piece from 50 pieces, EGP 209 from 100, EGP 198 from 300 and EGP 187 from 1,000, in standard fabric before the logo. Embroidery adds EGP 25 a piece plus a one-time EGP 500 setup. Prices exclude VAT and delivery and are confirmed in your quote.
The minimum is 50 pieces per design. Sizes count toward the same 50, and each extra colour needs its own 50. After your first order, extra pieces for new staff start from one piece at list price for 12 months, so you never repeat a full minimum order.
A free pre-production sample in your fabric, colour and logo takes about 7 working days. After you approve it and pay the 50% deposit, production takes 3 to 5 weeks. The delivery date is written into the contract, and we refund 10% of the order value if we miss it.

Embroidery lasts as long as the shirt and suits small logos on the chest. Screen print is cheaper at large volumes and suits big back prints. For most company polos, a chest embroidery of around seven to nine centimetres wide is the durable default that still looks sharp after a year of washing.
Yes. Women's polos have a shorter body, shaped sides and adjusted sleeves, in the same fabric, colour and logo as the men's version. Both can be ordered together in one design, so they count toward the same 50-piece minimum.
