Every fabric has a code, a composition and a weight. Ask for the swatch, weigh it, wash it. That is the point.

What GSM means for a uniform
GSM is the weight of one square metre of fabric in grams. Higher GSM usually means a denser, more durable fabric: 120 GSM suits a light shirt, 220 GSM a polo that keeps its shape, 240 GSM trousers and chef jackets that take daily wear, and 300 GSM a warm sweatshirt. Weight alone does not guarantee quality; composition, weave and finishing matter as much, which is why each fabric here carries all three.

How orders are inspected
Every order is inspected before it ships, against the approved sample and the measurement spec for each garment. Pieces outside tolerance are rejected and remade. Our full inspection standard, with the faults we reject and the tolerances we measure against, is on the homepage.
